An interview with Petrea Honychurch Seaman
The Letterpress Project has asked authors and illustrators to think about what has inspired them as artists, what their favourite books are and how they relate to their audience - we've also asked them if they themselves are book collectors.
We are delighted to present an exclusive interview with the author, Petrea Honychurch Seaman. Petrea was born and grew up on the Caribbean island of Dominica before moving to the US where she studied landscape architecture. Back in Dominica, she began to write children’s fiction inspired by her two young daughters, both great readers and explorers. She currently lives in Jamaica with her husband and children.
